Aileen Rodriguez Mazanetz is a shareholder at Gagen McCoy. She is a versatile litigator who regularly represents individuals and companies in business disputes, including complex civil, commercial, real estate, construction and first party insurance litigation matters in both California and Florida. Aileen was raised in Southern California, however she spent plenty of time in the Bay Area, having received her undergraduate degree in History from the University of California, Berkeley. After receiving her law degree from Whitter Law School in Costa Mesa, Aileen spent the first 10 years of her legal career focused on litigation and business law matters in Orange County. In 2010, she relocated to Central Florida to start and head the Business Litigation Department at Boyette, Cummins & Nailos, where she served as a partner. In the summer of 2018, she returned to her California roots and briefly served as a partner at Archer Norris in Walnut Creek before settling in at Gagen McCoy in late 2018.

Ms. Mazanetz is skilled in handling all facets of the litigation process from dispositive motions and trials to appeals in both state and federal courts. She possesses strong business judgment and has the ability to help clients reduce their overall exposure while making sure that the client feels comfortable and protected every step of the way. She is admitted to practice before all courts of the states of California and Florida, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Central Districts of California and the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. 

Active in the professional community, Ms. Mazanetz is a member of the California Bar Association, the Contra Costa County Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association and the Florida Bar Association. She is also actively involved with the Alzheimer's Association of Orange County after losing her father to the disease. 

Born to parents of Peruvian descent, she is fluent in oral and written Spanish. She currently lives in Contra Costa County with her husband and two sons. When she has free time, she enjoys watching her beloved Cal Bears and Los Angeles Lakers.
